Leonardo DiCaprio
Leonardo DiCaprio is an American actor and a film producer. He was born in 1974 in Los Angeles.
He was the only child of Irmelin, a legal secretary, and George DiCaprio, an underground comix writer and a publisher of Italian and German descent. DiCaprio was named Leonardo because his mother, then pregnant with him, first felt him kick while she was looking at a Leonardo da Vinci painting in a museum in Florence, Italy.
His parents separated when he was one year old. DiCaprio has said he hated school and often asked his mother to take him to auditions to improve their financial situation.
DiCaprio began his career in the late 1980s in TV commercials. In the early 1990s, he appeared in various TV shows, such as the sitcom Parenthood. DiCaprio had his first major film role as author Tobias Wolff in This Boy’s Life (1993). At the age of 19 he received critical acclaim and his first Academy Award and Golden Globe Award nominations for his performance as a disabled boy, Arnie Grape, in What’s Eating Gilbert Grape (1993). He achieved international fame in the epic romance Titanic (1997), which became the highest-grossing film. Later on DiCaprio starred in two successful films in 2002: the biographical crime drama Catch Me If You Can and the historical drama Gangs of New York.
Among his other successful roles are the ones in such films, as the biography The Aviator (2004), the romantic drama Revolutionary Road (2008), the science fiction thriller Inception (2010), the biopic The Wolf of Wall Street (2013), the comedy-drama Once Upon a Time in Hollywood (2019) and others.
Leonardo DiCaprio is one of the world’s highest-paid actors. He has received a lot of awards, such as an Academy Award (an Oscar), a British Academy Film Award, a Screen Actors Guild Award and three Golden Globe Awards. In 2016, he was named one of the 100 most influential people in the world by Time magazine. Beside his career, he is involved in charitable and environmental activities.

Adele is an English singer and songwriter.
She was born in London in 1988. Her parents separated when she was 2 and she was brought up by her mother.
Adele developed a passion for music very early. She began singing at the age of 4. As a child she learnt to play the guitar and the clarinet. In her teens the girl discovered rhythm-and-blues.
Adele graduated from the BRIT School for Performing Arts in 2006. One of her friends posted her songs on MySpace and she caught the attention of record labels Soon she signed a contract with XL Recordings.
In 2008 the singer released her first album ‘19’. The album soon reached the top of the British charts. In 2009 Adele won Grammy Awards for the best new artist.
Later she recorded other successful albums: ‘21’ (2011), ‘25’ (2015) and ‘30’ (2021).
Some of her most well-known songs are ‘Rolling in the Deep’, ‘Someone Like You’, ‘Hello’, ‘Skyfall’ and ‘Easy on Me’. She’s the winner of numerous awards, such as Grammy Awards, Brit Awards, an Academy Award, a Golden Globe Award and others.
Adele is famous around the world for her powerful voice, beautiful music and touching sincere lyrics. She is one of the world’s best-selling music artists. Nowadays she continues performing. Also, she’s raising a child and doing a lot of work for charity.
