Last summer my friend and I went to Barcelona for a 7-day holiday.

It was our first trip abroad. When we arrived, we felt very happy.

We stayed in a small hotel in the centre. The receptionist was very friendly and gave us a lot of useful information.

On the first day we walked around the city and went swimming in the sea.

During the holiday we went sightseeing and took a lot of wonderful photos. We saw Antoni Gaudi’s famous Church of the Holy Family (La Sagrada Familia), stadium Camp Nou and other famous sights. We also visited the famous Picasso Museum, Parc de la Ciutadella and Montjuïc Castle. It was amazing!

We had lunch and dinner in local restaurants. We ate famous paella and tapas.

In the evenings we had a fantastic time enjoying the views and going to pubs and clubs.

We also went shopping and bought some nice clothes and cool souvenirs.

We really enjoyed the trip and would love to go back to Barcelona someday.
